Jeep Wrangler Bolt Restoration Kit

Jeep Wrangler owners know that the exposed bolts on their vehicles will rust over time (mine only took 2 weeks after develiery). The factory Black Oxide finish wears off, exposing the steel bolts to the elements. Door hinge bolts seem to be especially vulnerable because they are frequently removed and re-installed when taking the doors on and off. Our restoration kit makes bringing these bolts back to their factory finish easy and inexpensive. First, dip the parts in the bottle of Evapo-Rust solution to remove any surface rust. Leave the parts in the solution for 10-20 minutes. Rinse the parts in water, then dip in the Black Oxide solution for approx 2 minutes. Remove the parts and dip in the Caswell Sealer for approx 5 minutes. Allow to air dry. Works on any steel bolt or nut, any vehicle. Not for Stainless Steel.
